Which is best C-Corp formation service for U.S. SaaS in 2023?

@dardenel Use Clerky - C Corp formation can be prickly - Clerky was built for Startups and they provide excellent service. We stood ours up in a few days.

@meki How much does the entire process cost you? Do they provide a business bank account? How much does it cost to close your business? In what state did you incorporate?

@elijah2017 I think we picked the $700 package that included filing in Delaware, Articles of Incorporation, 83b filings we had to send to the IRS, Authorization of 10MM shares and issuance of equity to co-founders. We picked up our EIN and a few other things.

We opened an account with Mercury Bank - that was pretty seamless when you have your docs in place and we were approved within a day. Connected the bank account to Stripe and deposited our share purchase checks and off we go.
