Do you ever feel like your co-founders are not competent even though you can't prove it?

@labbish Tech people often give/accept unrealistic deadlines because they have been routinely pressured into those low numbers. Good tech people know that a quick and dirty demo is often expected to evolve into the real thing, with expected low number estimates pressuring them all the way...

So I’m an AI scientist trying to come up with an idea for SaaS

@nommie I'm working on an AI SaaS and I might need a co-founder, but this also depends on many factors. The SaaS is InventAI, and I've setup a subreddit for it.

    CxO Business Roles

@martaaa The details are still being worked out, but there are multiple options. Mentors are one option, although that might not make it to the MVP.

    CxO Business Roles

This week I've been defining the business roles used by CxO on which to base advice. I've tried to simplify the defaults while allowing users to micromanage which roles they are responsible for. The screens are built in Flutter and look really good!

    ❓Requests for Feedback Megathread

@sanyambe Hi, I'm working on an AI platform to write software. I'm aiming to launch the MVP by the end of March 2024. https://aiconstrux.com What do you think of the idea? I realize that it's difficult to comment without seeing the product itself.

How I validated my SaaS before building it

@calo Wait-lists are very much hit and miss. I had close to 300 waiting for an AI art SaaS. When I launched, I emailed all of them and barely had any response. I mean my page views barely registered anything. Purchases are validation. If you can, interview the people who signed-up to your...

Pros 'n Cons = Make rational decisions with AI!

@wshare I think this is something that you could easily do with ChatGPT.

YC rejection stings less after speaking with unicorn founder

@bill34 When you look at the numbers you have to come to the conclusion that YC is somewhat of a lottery. You could do everything right and still be passed over. The best thing you can do is keep applying and don't expect to get in.

Solofounding & Solofunding is tough, but worth it (my reflections, 4 years into it)

@sweetheart1 What do your advisors help with?
