Bar P.O.S. failure contingency

Does anyone have a good contingency plan for point of sale failure, specifically for a bar? We use Clover and have had a handful of different issues from time to time. I've realized that I need to have a plan before it completely crashes on a busy weekend.

@mminer237 Yep def go with square back up, ultimately it can be entering a CC through a cell phone if it needs to be, but I'd invest in a couple of the smaller terminals connected to an iPad or whatever
