@brodoolin And what about the other side of the coin: how are the mentors joining and why would they join and offer their mentorship?

@callie1956 Mentors will join because they have the desire to help the next generation and leave a legacy. There are a lot of people out there that would love to mentor, but don’t have the time to meet someone at a coffee shop or something like that. This app makes it easier for mentors to give advice. Our goal right now is to find a way to make the mentors feel appreciated and honored for sharing their knowledge with mentees. We were thinking about having the points they earn for answering questions be redeemable for prizes like gift cards or something like that, but the user persona we have for mentors wouldn’t care about any financial incentive.
