What is a fair rate to pay your affiliates?

Say you are charging $15 a month for a SaaS, what might be a good rate to give to an affiliate with 100+k subscribers on youtube.

totally depends on your business, the LTV of each
customer, your cash flow, liabilities, etc.. It's not just
as simple as "What’s a fair rate". If you want to
successfully launch (and scale) your SAAS, you
need to get your backend/finances dialed.
It's arguably the most important part yet so many
business owners don't worry or care about it.

Resources like Udemy or BizBudget Newsletter are
game changers when it comes to learning the
finance game of your business
