YELP just deleted ALL my positive customer reviews and left 1 BAD review which they wrote about my business because i refused to pay them. After asking them to remove the bad review, they refused and instead removed all my 5 or 4 star reviews which i got from REAL customers. FYI the bad review they left me was clearly not a customer of my business because we did a thorough investigation of customer's name and job address and his phone number. Nothing matched our records...
FUCK YELP, I requested to delete my business page with them. They better delete it! and FUCK THEM AGAIN!

@nonamemeg I wondered if there would be a class action suit. All the plaintiff lawyers would have to do is look at the server logs. If the negative reviews can be tied to Yelp then they are done.
